Accomplishments

 
Professional: Brendan spent 3 years after college on the LXM Tour, where he played along side fellow Ambassadors Johnny Christmas and Rodriguez. He now plays in the MLL with the Boston Cannons.

 
College: In 2010 Brendan took home the Rutgers Lacrosse Knight Cup, which is awarded to the player who has played the game of the lacrosse to the best of his ability. The player has, by example, inspired or led his teammates both on and off the field and who, above all, has consistently demonstrated the qualities of unselfishness and loyalty to his team and Rutgers University. Porter finished his senior year with two goals, 14 groundballs and 10 caused turnovers.

 
Biography 

 

Brendan was raised in the Northern, NJ. His father is a minister, so he grew up going to every type of church function imaginable. Growing up Brendan tried almost every sport their was. After his sophomore year at Columbia HIgh School in Maplewood, NJ he decided to focus solely on lacrosse. After high school Brendan received a lacrosse scholarship from Rutgers University. There he got a degree in Labor Relations and Employment Management. On July 9, 2011 Brendan married his beautiful wife Jenna. They currently live in Mission Viejo, where they live a very active lifestyle. They enjoy spending time hiking, kayaking, and working out just to name a few things.
